With our TC you’ll learn how to manage and resolve conflicts when you work with teenagers. You’ll be able to meet people who has a great experience working with kids and teens at risk.

This TC will take place in Málaga (Spain).
Málaga is one of the biggest cities in Spain and our NGO has been working with kids and teens at risk for many years.
This TC consists of 20 hours of theory about conflict management resolution and some practical techniques.
In addition we’ll arrange visits with local authorities and visits to local schools that mainly have students at risk.
And of course we’ll visit some historical places in Málaga like the birth home of Picasso or our roman theatre.
We’ll provide you with food and accommodation in a youth hostel with our staff.

In this TC you’ll learn:
– What’s a conflict?
– Management of conflicts.
– Mediator’s emotional self-control
– Emotional communication.

At the end of this TC you’ll get a certificate provided by SIMA official leisure activities school.
