Costs: This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. This event is provided through the E+ project ” EQUAL – Enhancing Quality of Apprenticeship and Learning”, funded with support from the European Commission. The event is free of charge for the participants, thanks to the funds from Erasmus+ programme and the efforts made by the team of the project. Activities, accommodation and food are fully covered for the period of the event by the organisers of the training course. Travel costs will be completely covered as long as they do not exceed the unit costs determined by the European Commission of 275 Euro for Romania, 360 Euro for Spain and 180 Euro for the UK. No participation fee will be charged.

The main objective of this project is to empower youth workers to raise the employment rate among young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.

Are you from the United Kingdom, Spain or Romania?

Would you like to understand in a deeper way the concept of apprenticeship, develop your network; develop new skills and competencies that will help you bring together the unemployed young people and the local companies in order to create Apprenticeship Programs in your area?

The main objective of this project is to empower youth workers to raise the employment rate among young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.

You, as a youth worker will get a lot of benefits like:

– Understand of the apprenticeship concept in deeper, adapted to the situation from your country
– Learn by sharing experiences with other youth workers from other European countries
– Better equipped to raise awareness among employers and other social actors of the importance of apprenticeships
– Develop your skills to further coordinate successful apprenticeship programs in your community

Employability

How does it affect youth in particular; and what do their specific roles need to be in social inclusion for employability as it also tries to show good examples of the implementation methods that strengthen social ties between minorities and the plural society by reducing unemployment to include immigrants and minorities.

It will try to draw the connections between NGOs and youth field that works for employability and the decision making mechanism by using success stories from the experiences of some of the Country Networks that are the backbone of the Social Inclusion for Employability.
