Costs: This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme.

Travel costs are determined by standards set strictly by Erasmus+ Programme. The maximum possible travel contribution for each person is as follows:

Italy, Romania and Turkey 275 Euro
Armenia, Georgia, Morocco and Lebanon 360 Euro
Hungary depending on the place of departure

Visa costs are fully reimbursed for participants from Turkey, Armenia, Morocco and Lebanon.

Full attendance there is a mandatory condition of this training as such the reimbursement will be done after the end of the project upon receiving all original tickets and boarding passes from each individual.

A participation fee of €50 per participant is expected to be paid as contribution.

 

PlusOne

Training course for newcomers, beginners in project planning and management in youth work and also for those who would like to get on board with Erasmus+ Programme, especially with youth exchange activities with a topic related to human rights education.

General Description

This training course is focusing on exploring and understanding the project management cycle within the youth field.

The main aim is to provide youth workers with space and tools to discover Erasmus+ youth projects and to equip them with practical tools and methods to develop their own project ideas and understand how they become capable to manage a successful youth projects within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme.

The programme is designed to enable youth workers to develop and realize their youth exchange projects to be able to implement them after the course.

With this training course we seek to improve the level of competences and skills of youth workers, who are new in the field in order to improve the quality of their work in project management.

We would like to increase their ability to work in the framework of the project management cycle and to promote international cooperation in the youth field by giving the possibility to participants to develop their own project ideas and the raise awareness of mobility activities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme. After participation in this training course, participants will be able to work on the development of their own projects and to deliver high quality youth work.

During the training methods of non-formal and informal education will be used, such as individual, pair and group work, creative workshops, theatre methods, simulation and situation games, problem solving and debate exercises, presentations and discussions, indoor and outdoor elements.
