The main aim is to develop the competences of 24 youth workers from 8 countries to support and equip them with the tools needed to managing working with teams on long term projects and support them during all stages of the group process as a whole cycle.

Our project is dedicated to youth workers and especially we would like to take care of coordinators of volunteering projects that are working with the teams of volunteers in the long term perspective, and equip them with knowledge, skills, and attitudes that will help them correctly diagnose at what point in the process the group is and what steps to take to lead the group through this phase of the “disorder” as painlessly and effectively as possible. Our training is primarily addressed to coordinators under the European Solidarity Corps, but also to local volunteer coordinators, as similar problems also arise in local cooperation.

The main aim of this training course is to develop the competences of 24
youth workers from 8 countries to support and equip them with the tools
needed to managing working with teams on long term projects and support
them during all stages of the group process as a whole cycle.

THE TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
1. to increase knowledge about group
process and techniques that can be used in each stage
2. to develop skills to support their teams during the group process
3. to increase awareness on the importance of the group process
by showing the Influence on the daily teamwork.
