Tools for Youth Exchanges

A Youth Exchange (YE) needs content, but behind the content are tools. TYE is a training that enables participants to explore tools around group processes, learning, involvement of young people, and how to facilitate these tools during a YE.

The overall aim of TYE – Tools for Youth Exchanges – is for youth leaders and youth workers to explore, share and adapt tools that can be used to improve their youth exchange projects.

Special features of this course:
Interactive, diverse and engaging learning experiences, tools and activities that can be easily adapted to future youth exchanges
Special attention to themes relevant to working with: refugees and misinformation.
Practical preparation for Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges
Celebration of the European Year of Youth

To increase awareness of group processes and experience tools that facilitate group development.
To develop competencies in designing and facilitating education in youth exchanges.
To explore tools that support the learning process, including debriefing and recognition of learning.
To explore tools and models that promote intercultural learning and dialogue.
