Costs: This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Training Course is implemented by the support of the European Commission ERASMUS+ Programme, HRDC – National Agency in Bulgaria. Accommodation, food and planned activities will be covered by project budget. Travel expenses will be covered according to the ERASMUS+ guidelines.

Youth Radicalization

The project will develop intercultural competence of adult learners and better communication skills in foreign language. The educational staff will get the opportunity to develop new methodology, test it on adult learners.

“Youth radicalization” is a TC aiming at meeting (36 participants) Greek, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Italian and Spanish’ youth trainees, apprentices, adult learners, young people, volunteers, or professors, teachers, trainers, youth workers, professionals in the field of education, training involved in activities in Bansko, Bulgaria to provide participants with required competencies on youth inclusion, social cohesion intercultural dialogue integration and conflict management, as tools of the prevention of youth radicalisation; to increase the knowledge about the root causes of the youth radicalisation; to empower participants to be able to act as multipliers, using these competences in their daily work, thus empowering their peers and young people they work with and to facilitate cooperation between youth organisations and local stakeholders on this concern.

The methods we will follow include non-formal methodology based on workshops, laboratory work and training on youth inclusion, social cohesion intercultural dialogue integration and conflict management.

The educational staff will get the opportunity to develop new methodology, test it on adult learners and then use it in their regular activities. A focus on building personal resilience and a positive sense of identity. Development of critical thinking skills. Opportunities for interaction and teamwork, so that young people develop transferable skills for positive collaboration and ongoing engagement.
