“Business inspirator” is a project based on the needs of young people in the communities where our partners come from where entrepreneurship and business is a very tempting topics among the youngsters, they are interested, but on a very general level. Most of our youth workers lack the skills, knowledge, and tools to support these young people and encourage them to start up a Business.  Making Europe more business-friendly and helping young people transform their creative ideas into successful business plans by removing the barriers to entrepreneurship has many potential benefits, including direct and indirect job creation and development of human capital and new skills.

This training course aims to address the promotion of innovation and instill an entrepreneurial mindset in young people in a way of training youth workers to promote entrepreneurial attitude and creativity, be ready to give the youth tools for using entrepreneurship in creating their own workplaces, and teach them how to build their business ideas from crafting to investment funding. Based on the model of youth mentoring, this training explores how entrepreneurship mentoring can influence the entrepreneurial intentions of young people.

We want to reach objectives :

– To raise the awareness of entrepreneurship by training youth workers to pass the knowledge, skills, and resources to young people in their communities;
– To equip youth workers with tools for promoting entrepreneurial attitude among youngsters;
– To get an overview of entrepreneurship opportunities in different European countries;
– To provide youth workers the needed knowledge on the proper structure of a business pitch with the purpose to get “YES” from angel investors;
– To introduce Erasmus+ Programme to youth workers as a possible tool for developing entrepreneurial attitudes and skills amongst young people (transnational youth initiatives, youth exchanges).
