Leadership
“Leadership” is a dynamic and experiential leadership programme where participants learn through theory, practice, reflection, nature and creativity. “Leadership” is designed by integrating in the most up to date leadership concepts as well as the practices that have stood the test of time. This programme looks at the leader as a whole human being and so engages across the physical, practical and tangible elements of leadership as well as the emotional, mental and invisible aspects. The course also allows the space for those attending to reflect on their personal purpose and vision as well as the blocks and patterns that are in the way. “Leadership” is ideally for individuals in leadership/impactful roles who are passionate about creating lasting social value for themselves and all those around them.
