To enable youth workers, especially ones coming from countries with high unemployment among youth and young adults, to build up a mentorship program, by equipping them with competencies necessary for development of entrepreneurial start-up ideas.

The “Start-Up Incubator” training activity is a pivotal component of the “Building mentorship program for young entrepreneurs: sports and tourism perspective.” This initiative is designed to empower aspiring young entrepreneurs in the sports and tourism industry by providing them with essential knowledge and support.  During the activity phase, participants will undergo intensive training, focusing on business fundamentals, market analysis, and sustainable growth strategies tailored to the sports and tourism sector. Through workshops, mentorship, and networking opportunities, participants will develop their entrepreneurial skills and gain the practical insights necessary to launch successful ventures in this dynamic industry. Ultimately, this training activity will equip young entrepreneurs with the tools they need to thrive and innovate within the sports and tourism field, fostering growth and innovation in these sectors. At the same time youth workers will get a full insight in how to develop mentorship program on the topic for future reference and every day work.
