Creativity and sports
 for youth employment

“Creativity and sports for youth employment” a one week training course that aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the participants and to bring out their creativity and team work through sports, through non-formal education

“Creativity and sports for youth employment” is designed for those working with young people, working in non-governmental organisations, youth workers, trainers and youth leaders. We want to enable our participants to enrich their workshop, expand horizons, and to be able to use methods and knowledge from the training in their work with young people.

The aim of this training course is to increase the knowledge and skills of the participants and to bring out their creativity and team work through sports, through non-formal education. We aim that once back in their youth organisations, the participants will implement what they have learnt and spread the skills earned in this training course to the young people they work with and therefore act as multipliers in order to help the young people use these skills in order to help them to enter the employment world.

Organizer

Szabad Tér Egyesület (Open Space Association) was established in 2007. It’s an association with professional youth worker members and enthusiastic volunteers, located in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. Among our members you can find deaf / hearing impaired people, sign language interpreters, and people with other special needs as well. Our main programs are: organizing integrated sports events for disabled and non-disabled people; making seminars and trainings in national and international levels as well, taking part and organizing international youth exchange programs, etc. What is really important for us: always involve people with fewer opportunities.
