💰💶 Costs: 

  • 100% accommodation, food and program materials are covered by the grant from Erasmus+
  • 100% traveling costs (only most economical) are covered, up to the maximum expenses:
    • €275/participant for the UK
  • For traveling reimbursement, it is mandatory:
    • online tickets: forward emails with e-tickets, boarding passes and invoices, it has to contain price and date.
    • offline tickets: bring original receipts (originals), copies will not be accepted.
  • Reimbursements will be sent as soon as possible, once (and if) participants take part in
    • full duration of the programme
    • fill the evaluation forms
    • participate in follow-up activities
    • present all the traveling documents.

Inclusion through Art

Young people involved in youth exchange will have the chance to reflect on their talents and passions, with the aim of raising awareness and active participation in the opportunities offered by society. 

For 7 days we will meet in Trakai, Lithuania. The basic elements proposed will be related to social inclusion and cultural integration through art.

During the exchange will be held activities with non-formal education methodologies, including artistic activities and participatory art methods. The activities proposed will aim also to develop our skills and intercultural sensitivity.

Main objectives of the Youth Exchanges:

  • – the opportunity for young people involved to discuss the concept of inclusion and participation
  • – the opportunity to develop your creativity and your talents
  • – intercultural learning experience and abatement of stereotypes
  • – stimulate to listen, respect opinions different from yours and put yourself in the shoes of others
  • – development of skills outside the scholastic path through non-formal education
  • – opportunity for positive aggregation outside the local level

During the exchange, the activities will be guided and facilitated by the facilitators/ group leaders of the 4 countries.

After the exchange, in each country, the participants will organize a local event open to the community with the support of the project organizations. The characteristics of these events will also be scheduled during the period in Lithuania.

Requirements for the participants

5 participants will be selected with the following requirements:

  • Candidates must be aged between 18 and 25; this is the reference age for the project but it is also possible to apply up to 30 years of age;
  • Candidates should declare to have a level of English proficiency at least A1 (Listening and oral interaction – Reading – Oral production – Written production);
  • Candidates must have a specific interest in this exchange program and be motivated to group learning;
  • Be available and motivated to carry out local activities in your country after the exchange.
