The training course will gather up to 40 youth workers and young people from Serbia, Poland, Germany and Finland. Individuals with desire to learn more about municipal youth policies and get involved in advocacy for youth work on municipal level.

The training will build cross-border partnerships among people and organisations and connect them with European level youth NGO’s. Good practices in grassroots youth work support and youth policies advocacy on municipal level shared by activists from: the Creative District in Novi Sad, Youth center OPENS, EXIT music festival and Europe Goes Local project.

This international event also aims to build on the learning outcomes from the previous project activity – national workshops organized during September and October 2022 in Serbia, Poland, Germany and Finland by the project partners. Building especially in the sense of further exploration of the actual youth needs identified during the national workshops, as well as their relation towards future municipal youth policies.

We are looking for participants who are working in the field of non-formal learning and youth work, as well as for participants who are young people (15-30) and are not actively involved in non-formal education but have a desire to become more active and get involved in youth work and advocacy.
