Costs: Project is financed by the Erasmus+ programme. There is no participation fee. Accommodation, food and basic learning materials will be provided by the organisers. Travel costs to/from the training course will be fully reimbursed up to the national limits set by the Erasmus+ programme, depending on the country, is covered 70-100%.
Knocking On Non Formal Education’s Door With Active Citizenship
NFE and Active Citizenship TC will help participants to:
- experience a democratic process in a European interactive way
- be able to promote active youth citizenship, social inclusion and solidarity
- reinforce capacity to fight for their needs
The training will give participants information on how Europe functions. It will allow them to work together with political institutions and local organisations and to create a dialogue between them.
Participants will be able to coordinate meetings between young people and other stakeholders.
- they will plan new common activities
- they will be able to animate groups and implement reflection. In more general terms they will have a European and global vision with a positive attitude towards problem solving.
They will gain the ability to work in a team and to be a leader for youth groups and finally, they will have a clear understanding of the differences between formal, informal and non-formal education.
