Costs: This project is financed by Erasmus+ programme. For TRAVEL COSTs
ESTONIA: 360€ / participant;
OTHER COUNTRIES: 275 €/ participant.

FEE: Money should not be the only obstacle to participation; therefore we suggest a sliding scale from 30 to 80€. We want to give each participant the possibility to self-evaluate how much s/he can contribute financially and how much s/he consider a fair fee for 6 days residential training course.

CONNECTIONs in ACTION

This training course is about developping true connections / relationship between youth & youth workers. Expected results are higher youth employability and participation in society.

Attention, this is a last minute call to fill some free places only. We are missing one participant each from Italy, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary and Spain.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Increase the value of youth work and the ability of youth workers in truly connecting and supporting young people in their individuation struggles in order to help them to become ‘master’ of their own lives as citizens, learners and (future) workers.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
* help mutual understanding and true connections between youth workers & young people;
* enable youth workers to support young persons without stigmatizing them;
* how to support youth in their growing process and create enabling learning environments ;
* allow youth workers to bring young people to more autonomy ;
* reflect and exchange on youth participation and employability ;
* explore best practices and new form of participation and adapt it to own realities.

METHODOLOGY
Non-formal learning + Self-Mastery skills
Non-formal learning = learning by experience, in a diverse group where everybody is a resource for the others, each individal is pro-active and responsible for his/her own learning (identifying, evaluating).
Self-Mastery = the belief in the power of each Individual
(5 skills areas: self-awareness, self-acceptance,self-development, self-healing, self-care). Self-Mastery training is aiming to strengthen the individual (youth workers) & their empathy and ability to see Self-Mastery or lack of it in others (young people).

METHODs & ACTIVITIEs
Experiential learning, exchanges/reflections, internet & mobile phone free day (direct-only connections), city game, story-telling, creativity,
participant lead workshop, visit, online events, graphic facilitation
